Application Process

Our process is very simple! We prefer that potential applicants see our available rental units first. If, after seeing the apartment, you would like to apply, we will provide you with an application and approval criteria. Once the completed application and $25 application fee are received by our office, we will review your application, including credit and background checks, to determine your eligibility. 

If you are interested in any units that are not currently available, you may call us during normal business hours to discuss the type of apartment you are looking for and when we foresee any possible openings. With your permission, we will place you on our waiting list (which is on a first come/first serve basis), and will call you immediately when an apartment is opening. We will then set up an appointment for you to see the available apartment.
